Yes, with the right plan. For Claude Team and Claude Enterprise, Anthropic’s commercial terms apply, along with a data processing agreement: Your company remains the data controller, and Anthropic processes the data on your behalf. By default, user inputs and results are not used to train the models. During training, we’ll clarify which data belongs in Claude and which settings your administration team should configure. No. Claude Fundamentals and the webinars do not require any prior knowledge. The advanced Smartsheet courses list their prerequisites on their respective course pages.
