Situation
A major relocation project involving industrial machines and equipment arose when our client acquired assets from another company. The equipment was critical for producing components for major OEMs. The challenge was to relocate all machines from the original site to a new location in Eastern Europe without disrupting ongoing production or client commitments.
Task
Our primary objectives included:
- Ensuring seamless communication with all stakeholders throughout the project.
- Maintaining production continuity by establishing adequate safety stock.
- Coordinating logistics to move sensitive machinery efficiently while minimizing downtime.
- Overseeing the reinstallation and calibration of equipment to ensure readiness for production in the new location.
